Ingredients

    1 avacodo, peeled, seeded, & chopped
    2 cups tomatoes, chopped
    1 yellow or orange pepper, seeded & chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1 cup black beans, drained & rinsed
    1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
    1/2 c Italian dressing
    3/4 tsp. cumin

    Mix all together, chill and serve with tortilla chips.
