Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    Follow Your Heart High Omega-3 Vegenaise, 2.5 tbsp
    Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 tsp
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
    Red Onion, 1 oz
    Ao-Nori Flakes (1 serving = 1/2 tsp), 1 serving
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Dill weed, fresh, .5 sprigs
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp

Tips

Capers are optional, but if you use them please keep salt usage low. Use less Nori Flakes if you don't like it too fishy.
