Ingredients

    6 oz. Hunt's No Sodium Tomato Paste
    1/2 cup water
    oregano, flakes or fresh
    basil, flakes or fresh
    garlic, minced clove or powder
    2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Fresh Mushrooms or canned low-sodium
    Green Pepper slices
    4 oz. Parmesan Cheese, shaved
    4 oz. Low Fat Mozzarella, shredded
    4 8" Whole Wheat 98% fat free tortilla shells

Tips

I only made one pizza. I divided the remaining sauce into 1/4 cup containers and froze for future use.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix tomato paste, oil, water, oregano, basil, and garlic. Spread over shells. Top with a layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with parmesan, place green pepper strips in a fan shape from the center. Top with mozzarella. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes.
