Ingredients

    butter
    Bisquick (I used Bisquick lite)
    milk
    eggs
    peaches, thinly sliced and peeled
    sugar
    cinnamon

Tips

I did not peel peaches - too lazy. I also already had cinnamon sugar on hand, so I just sprinked that on top.


Directions

Heat oven to 400. Place 1 tbsp butter in 9-inch pie plate. Heat in oven until melted. Stir together Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Arrange peaches in pie plate. Pour batter over peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
