Indian Head Yellow Corn meal, 0.75 cup(remove)
*Flour, white, 0.5 cup(remove)
*1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 serving(remove)
Pepper, black, 0.250 tbsp(remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tbsp(remove)
Tips
PRE HEAT OVEN TO 500 DEGREES. Pre pan with the oven.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cut fish in to sticks & wet with water. Coat with corm meal mixture.
Spray cookie sheet with olive oil just to coat. Bake fish in 500 degree oven. oven for 15 mins turning once after 7 mins.
