Ingredients

    Hard-boiled Eggs, 2 large
    Mayo with Olive Oil, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1/2 tsp

Tips

I like to eat this with toast fingers.


Directions

Peel & chop eggs. Add mayo & mustard. Stir to combine, mashing some of the egg yolks. Adjust mustard to taste. Add pepper to taste.
