Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small bag regular Frito's Corn Chips
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, fat-free
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1-3 tsp Garlic powder (I like a lot)
    12 oz can red Enchilada Sauce
    1 large can Chicken Breast
    1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Tips

You can substitute tortilla chips for the Frito's, green sauce for the red, and/or cooked ground beef for the chicken.


Directions

Pour 2/3 of Frito's into a greased deep casserole dish.
Mix soup, onions, garlic powder, & enchilada sauce. Stir in chicken, breaking it up slightly. Pour over Frito's. Sprinkle with cheese & top with remaining Frito's. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.
