Introduction

I love chocolate milk. And am trying to make a milk mix that is not full of sugar. I was surprised to not find something in the US grocery store.
I need more protein and I like milk. so I will be trying out until I get something that works

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Skim Milk, 2 cup (remove)
    Nutrasweet Equal packet, 1 packet (remove)
    1/8 cup boiling water

Tips

Pre-make syrup.
10x recipe (excluding milk)
Do steps 1-4 then store in sealable container or squirt bottle until needed.
Use one tbsp per cup of milk.


Directions

1 - boil water.
2 - put cocoa powder and sweetener in a cup. (one that can handle boiling water)
3 - add 1/6 - 1/8 cup of boiling water.
4 - stir water cocoa and water mixture until all loose cocoa has been absorbed. Let cool slightly.
( should look like a dark chocolate syrup)
5 - add 2 cups cold cold milk and stir..


Serving Size: 2 cup
