    1- avocado, skin and pit removed
    5 - strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1/4 c. cashew nuts, roasted - unsalted
    1.5 c of Kale, (about two handfuls)
    1 c. Almond Milk, unsweetened
    1/8 tsp. Stevia
    1 fresh or frozen banana
    1 tbsp. Brewers Yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to blending cup -- blend and enjoy
