Ingredients

    Prep:
    Coconut Oil, 1 tsp

    Crust:
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Coconut Milk 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 0.50 tsp
    Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 8 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp

    My favorite toppings:
    Jalapeno Peppers, .1 cup, sliced
    Mazzetta Deli Sliced Golden Greek Peperoncini (12 slices)
    mezzetta roasted garlic marinara, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 2 serving

Tips

*I like the crust spread very thinly...it gets crispier that way; if you like it breadier, make it thicker.


Directions

First preheat oven to 375
And prep a cookie sheet or pizza pan with parchment, then brush the olive oil on the parchment.

Mix eggs with Garlic powder, then add the coconut milk. Add dry ingredients. Spread thinly on prepped pan.

Cook for 20 minutes or until browned, flip over, add toppings of your choice and broil for another 10 minutes

Serving Size: I eat half the pizza. :-)
