Ingredients

    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 pkt Splenda

Directions

Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
Serving size 1/4 cup.

    thanx, sprinkle65!..this was great..i made it, subbing part-skim ricotta for the cottage cheese, and layered it with split "lady fingers"...topped it with a tblspn of fat-free "cool-whip", and dusted it with cocoa powder..it was a great lite "tiramisu"...served it with strong coffee..my guests raved - 5/4/11

    I make something like this using ricotta cheese that's really good - and this one is a great alternative. If you don't want to use the splenda, just leave it out or substitute your preferred sweetener. I think it's listed as two servings because it is a snack. - 7/1/11

    The evidence againest artificial sweeteners is growing. Please give us recipes with stevia or other natural sweetener alternatives. Otherwise, looks good! - 7/1/11
