Ingredients

*imitation crab (flake style), .75 cup finely chopped
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup finely chopped
Green Onion (1 Green Onion), .50 cup finely chopped
Garlic, 1 tbs minced
*Braggs Amino Acid, 0.5 tsp
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Wing Hing Egg Roll Wraps, 7.75 serving 31 wrappers
Tips
You can also deep fry to a golden brown but then you would have to adjust the nutritional value.
These are also good served with a marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.
Directions
Finely chop the crab, spinach and green onion.
Place in bowl.
Add minced garlic, Braggs amino acids, egg substitute, sesame oil, and ginger.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble WonTons.
When you are ready to eat portion out your serving. I freeze them, 4 to a bag.
Bring a small pot to a rolling boil. Drop WonTons in one at a time. When they float to the top they are ready. Remove them with a slotted spoon and add to your favorite broth.
Serving Size: Makes 31 WonTons or 7.75 servings @ 4 WonTons apiece
