Ingredients

    1 cup low fat soy milk
    6 oz Mori-nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
    1 large banana
    1 cup frozen mango chunks

Tips

When my bananas are ripe, I peel them, break into chunks, put into a snack sized baggie, and FREEZE. No problems with too ripe or too green bananas when you want to use one!


Directions

add milk and tofu to blender, then frozen banana, begin blending. Add mango chunks through handle in lid while blending. Continue blending till smooth

Serving Size: makes 3 one cup servings
