Ingredients

    1 can of Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
    2 tbsp Tahini
    2 Garlic Cloves
    Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
    1/8 tsp each of Salt and Pepper
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
