Ingredients

    1 Box Rice-A-Roni - Chicken Flavor
    1/2 Bag of Great Value Sugar Snap Stir-Fry
    1 Pound Medium Shrimp
    2 T Butter
    2 T Lemon Juice
    1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend

Tips

To reduce the sodium, substitute the regular Chicken Flavor Rice-A-Roni with the Lower Sodium version or use regular white or brown rice cooked in low sodium chicken or vegetable broth


Directions

1. Prepare box of Rice-A-Roni as directed on box and let cook for 15 minutes
2. Add Sugar Snap Stir-Fry to Rice-A-Roni and turn off heat
3. Put butter, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and Mrs Dash into a skillet and stir until bubbly
4. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink
5. Add shrimp to the Rice-A-Roni and stir until mixed
6. Voila! You're done...Enjoy!
