Ingredients

    1 package of Angel hair coleslaw
    1 package oriental flavor ramon noodles
    1 package pine nuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower kernels etc. (whichever you prefer-only one of these)
    Dressing:
    1/2 cup light olive oil
    3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    3 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    The package of oriental seasoning from the noodles

Directions

Break the noodles up in the package. Toast nuts and noodles in 350 degree oven for about 5-6 minutes. Mix the dressing ingredients prior to making and refrigerate overnight. 10 or 15 minutes before serving, put angel hair coleslaw in a bowl. Add the nuts, noodles, and dressing. Mix together well and serve immediately.
