Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large green bell peppers chopped in large pieces
    2 regular containers whole mushrooms, stems removed
    2 large zuchinni, chopped in large pieces
    2# of Beef, cut in large cubes (could sub chicken or pork)
    1 bottle Lawry's marinade (I used Steakhouse)

Tips

Feel free to substitute your own favorite veggies or marinades. You can even use some fruit. We wanted to use mangos, but they were not quite ripe


Directions

Prep the ingredients and let marinade all day. If using wooden skewers, soak for 1 hour before cooking. Pierce through the middle of Veggies and meat, layering to your appeal, but making sure each has 2 or 3 pieces of meat and at least 1 of each veggie.

Cook kebabs on grill, turning often for aprox 8 minutes.

Makes aprox 16 kebabs
