Introduction

Low fat, not too sweet banana cake using yogurt insead of butter. Low fat, not too sweet banana cake using yogurt insead of butter.

Ingredients

    1/2 C Whole wheat flour
    1/2 C white flour
    1/2 C sugar
    1t Baking powder
    1/2t Cinnimon
    1t baking soda
    1T hot milk
    2 Eggs
    1/2 plain low fat yogurt
    3 bananas

Tips

Add less banana if you want to.


Directions

mix flours, sugar, baking powder and cinnimon.
Add baking soda disolved in hot milk, beaten eggs, yogurt and bananas and mix until combined. Do not over mix.
Gently put in a cake or loaf tin and cook at 180 C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
