    cream of celery


melt butter
add flour until it cannot absorb any more butter
add milk and heat (stir often)
when milk is hat it will thicken. once it has thincken add cream of celery. contniue to stir often. add spices - onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to taste. let cook for 2-3 minutes, add 3/4 cup of cheese. stir in and heat for another 2 minutes. put sauce into oven safe dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. serve over rice.
