Ingredients

    100 gr lettuce (iceberg)
    50 gr cabbage fine cut in strips
    50 gr cauliflower
    50 gr sweet red pepper
    50 gr carrot
    50 gr onion
    50 gr tomato
    50 gr peas
    50 gr beans
    50 gr corn
    50 gr garlic in chili oil
    50 gr cucumber

Directions

Microwave frozen beans, peas, and sweetcorn 3½ minutes, then cool them off in cold water.
Fine cut cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, beans, onion, tomato into cubes, cucumber.
Mix all ingredients so the salad look yummy with all the different colours.

Serve with yoghurt dressing of your choice.
