Ingredients

    1-small tortilla (90 calories or less)
    2- large egg whites
    1-slice of fat free cheese
    2-tablespoons of salsa
    1-tablespoon of light butter

Tips

It's not just for breakfast. You can use fresh tomato, onion, add some spinach, etc. Just be sure not to over stuff it, or it won't stay rolled when you cook it, and you will have a mess on hand.


Directions

Melt half of butter in pan
Add egg whites and cook till done
Put cheese on tortilla
Put cooked egg whites on top of cheese
Add salsa
Melt rest of butter in same pan on medium-low heat
Roll tortilla tightly, and put seam side down into pan
Cook for a few minutes on each side, until desired brownness is reached

Serving Size: Makes 1 wrap
