***Note - The calories (140) for the mix is for 1/12 of the cake. I was able to get 17 muffins from the cake mix, decreasing the calories to 98 calories/muffin.
Directions
Cake: pour batter into muffin tins (1/2 cup/muffin), bake @ 350 until golden brown, cracked, and firm to touch; 30+ minutes.
While cooling, melt marmalade in microwave, pour over top of each muffin to glaze.
Top with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and enjoy!
