Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp.
    Garlic, 2 tsp. ground
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped, sliced
    Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
    Bean sprouts, 2 cup
    Baby corn, 2 cup
    Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) chopped
    Yellow Bell Pepper, about 10 strips
    Yellow Squash, sliced, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, raw, .5 cup crowns
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp

Tips

Dish out each serving with 1/4-cup of a mix of brown/wild rice.


Directions

Heat pan with Olive Oil. Add thawed shrimp and season in pan. Once browned, add remainder of ingredients one at a time and simmer until tender.
