Ingredients

Salt, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Bob's Red Mill TVP, 2 cup
Honey Mustard, 6 tsp
*Barbecue Sauce, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
Plum Sauce, 2 tbsp
Honey Mustard Marinade, 3 tbsp
Directions
-Bring water to a boil in large pot. Add TVP to hot water to hydrate it.
-While TVP is being soaked in hot water; chop Sweet potato in cubes and chop onions.
-Heat another pot and sautee onions and sweet potato on low heat for about 7mins.
-Wash hydrated TVP with fresh water then dry thoroughly with paper towel to prepare for frying.
-In a frying pan; fry TVP on both sides in Canola oil till brown.
-Add all dry and wet ingredients to fried TVP; salt, black pepper, garlic powder, garlic clove, soy sauce, honey mustard, BBQ sauce, plum sauce and honey mustard marinade and stir.
-Add sweet potato and onion to the TVP and simmer for about 5 mins. Add water if needed
