Ingredients

    8 pasta shells, large
    1/2 pound ground beef, lean
    3 TBSP taco seasoning
    1/2 C water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 C Salsa, divided
    1 C grated cheese
    750 ml tomato sauce
    chili powder, to taste
    green onions for garnish

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion and drain. add seasoning, water, and 1/2 C salsa and 1/4 C cheese. Mix together remaining salsa, tomato sauce and chili powder. spread a think layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9x12 pan. fill each shell with ground beef mixture and place in pan. pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese on top and garnish with green onions. Cover and freeeze. Defrost overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (Cook from frozen for 2 hours at 300).
