    1 pint container cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
    1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 small red onion
    1/2 cup fresh basil
    3 tbsp olive oil


I don't always have a red onion, so I do substitute white or yellow onion. Isn't quite as pretty but still tasty. I used orange cherry tomatoes in the picture.


Cut tomatoes in half. Dice onion into salad. Slice basil leaves in strips. Pour crumbled feta on top. Then drizzle olive onto salad.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
