Ingredients

    I box of plus barilla pasta
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp parsley dried
    1/2 cup white cooking wine
    juice of 1 lemon
    24 oz shrimp
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    3 Tbsp of shallots chopped
    3 Tbsp of salt
    1 Tbsp of pepper
    1 tsp of red pepper flakes (opt)
    2 Tbsp of promise "butter"

Tips

Have used lemon pepper in place of lemon. Can use different noodles. Have used onion instead of shallots.


Directions

Start boiling your noodles first. Then salt and pepper your shrimp and set aside. In a large pan cook your shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes in butter and 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Once the shallots are translucent add shrimp and cook until hot. Remove shrimp and set aside. Then add white wine, parsley and juice of lemon to pan. Let simmer for about 30 sec then add shrimp back in, noodles and remainder of olive oil. Stir and enjoy!
