Ingredients

*1 lb boneless porkchops
*1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
*1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery soup
*2 tsp dried Rosemary
*1 tbsp Heinz 57 sauce
*1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
1. Coating a non-stick skillet with Pam cooking spray, cook sliced onions until soft and translucent. Season porkchops with salt and pepper and brown in same skillet.
2. Mix remaining ingrediants.
3. Spray a casserole pan big enough to accommodate all the pork chops with non-stick spray (like Pam)
4. Place pork chops in oven safe dish, place even layer of onion slices over porkchops, and top with mixture of soup, heinz57, rosemary and garlic powder.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until porkchops are done.
Serving Size: 4 4oz servings of pork with 1/4 of topping
