Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb -cooked
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, chopped
    Light Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    Salsa, 3 tbsp
    Tostitos 100% White Corn Crispy Rounds, 1/2 of 1 serving
    (approx. 12 rounds)

Tips

May add shredded cheese or tomatos as an extra topping.
Add more or less "dressing mixture" to taste and coat lettuce. (equal parts mixture)


Directions

Combine sour cream and salsa
Coat lettuce with the mixture
Crumble 12 tortilla chips and sprinkle on top (1/2 serving)
Add Cooked Grilled Chicken to top
