    1 lb boneless pork chops cut into cubes
    1 pack of chow mein noodles (6 oz)
    1 small can of mushrooms
    1 tsp chicken soup base or bouillion
    1 tbl reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 bag of sugar snap stir fry vegetable (16 0z)
    1 bag of 3 pepper and onion mix (12 oz)


Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. In a wok or large deep frying pan cook the pork until it is almost done. Add the vegetables and seasonings and cook until done to your taste. Remove from heat, mix with the noodles and serve.
