    1 tortilla shell
    1/4 green bell pepper
    1/4 cup tomato chopped
    4 ounces chicken (seasoned or non seasoned)
    feta cheese


I had seasoned the chicken previously, so it had a nice lemon pepper taste.


cut your vegetables
shred chicken
place shell on griddle
put toppings on one half, fold over
cook until each side is golden brown
serve with salsa (optional)
