Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    6 large egg white
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup 2% shredded cheese
    1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    1/4 cup spinach

Tips

You can also add sausage or green chiles to this recipe. Add spinach to your liking.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the melted butter at the end. Bake in a 9x13 lightly greased pan. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes

    This was delicious. I added diced ham. The cottage cheese adds so much cheesiness but really cuts fat and calories. - 1/4/18
