Ingredients

    2 very ripe plantains
    1 tablespoon of butter
    2 tablespoon of cream cheese
    4 oz of mozzarella cheese cut in long pieces



Tips

You can add honey all over the cheese.


Directions

1. Cut the ends of the plantains and peel then.
2.Slice the plantains lengthwise but not go all the way trough, stuff them with cream cheese first, then place the long pieces of mozzarella cheese convering all center of the plantains and last, the butter over the cheese, it can be place only in three differents spots.
2. Place them in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until it get golden color.
3. Remove from the oven and serve.
