Ingredients

    1 med banana
    1 cup oats
    1 cup milk, nonfat
    2 cups ice cubes
    1 cup decaf (half-caf) coffee

Tips

Soak the oats in the milk for a few minutes to soften them before blending, this will help blend more thoroughly.

add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency (more ice for thicker consistency)
