Ingredients

Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 2 cups (shredded)
*Onions, dehydrated flakes, .5 tbsp (rehydrated with water)
Dill Pickles, 46 grams (roughly chopped)
Ground beef, 5 oz (cooked weight)
American Cheese, 1.5 slice (3/4 oz) (remove)
Tips
Low Carb Thousand Island Dressing
1 1/4 C. real mayo
2T low carb ketchup
2T no sugar added sweet or dill pickle relish
4t. Splenda
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1T. white vinegar
Mix all these ingredients together and keep in air tight jar. 2T (30 grams) = 1 serving
Directions
Shred lettuce and place in a large bowl. Cover the dehydrated onion with a small amount of water and let sit for a few minutes. After the water has absorbed put onions on top of lettuce. Chop pickles and add to salad. For the meat you can either brown the meat in a skillet, drain the fat then melt the cheese over the meat. Or what I usually do is grill or fry hamburger patties. Melt cheese over burgers. Cut into bite sized pieces and put on salad. 5 oz. cooked weight is approximately 1 1/2 (4oz) patties. Top with 2T. Low Carb Thousand Salad Dressing. Mix and enjoy. SOOO delicious!
