Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup plain flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 large egg
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1 6 oz yoplait light blueberry yogurt
    1 stick light land of lakes butter

Directions

sift flour and salt and soda together set aside
cream sugar and butter together
add egg and flax seeds
mix flour mixture together
add yogurt and fold in blueberries
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
