Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 lb. extra lean beef
    3/4 cup whole wheat oats
    1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
    Chopped onion to taste
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Beat egg and mix in 6 oz. of tomato sauce, oats, onion, and pepper. Then work in the beef a little at a time to the mixture. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray and put mixture into pan. Cook for 50 minutes at 350. Remove loaf and spread remaining tomato sauce on top of loaf. Cook for another 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
