Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1/3 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup peanut butter, room temp.
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup splenda
    1 egg
    1 t. vanilla
    1.25 c spelt flour
    1/4 c. flaxseed meal
    3/4 t. baking soda

Tips

You can also use these to make thumbprint cookies with jam or chocolate chips.


Directions

Cream butter, peanut butter and sweeteners.
Mix in egg and vanilla. Combine with remaining dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Roll into one-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake @ 375 for 10 min.
