Introduction

I took all of the fruits and put them in one cup ziplock baggies in the freezer. Now in the morning I just pop them in the blender with some milk and ground flax seed and it's a delicious breakfast! Ingredients

    Grapes
    Strawberries
    Raspberries
    Blueberries
    Banana
    Mangos
    1 Cup Almond Milk
    2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

Directions

Put the fruit in individual ziplock baggies and freeze. When ready to eat, take one, put it in blender with almond milk and ground flax seed and enjoy!
