    Carrots, raw, 10 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 8 stalks, large (11"-12" long)

Tips

If you don't use the pulp you are wasting all that good fiber!!! Add it to smoothies, soups, etc. Your options are vast and produce tasty results. If instance, carrot pulp is GREAT for homemade carrot cake. Carrot/celery mixed pulp is great for coleslaw.


Directions

Clean the produce. Peel the carrots & cut off the top & bottom tips. Cut the tips off of the celery. Run the carrots through the juicer, bag the carrot pulp for later use. Run the celery through the juicer; save the celery pulp for later use.
