Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    8 Roma Tomatoes chopped
    8 small ribs celery, diced (2 Cups)
    2 small zuccini, diced (2 Cups)
    3 Bell Peppers, Red, cored seeded and diced
    one 24-ounce jar Salsa Thick and Chunky
    2 tsp dried basil
    2 tsp dried thyme


Directions

1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, add the garlic, tomatoes, celery, zuccini and pepper. Pour the Salsa over
all, and sprinkle the basil and thyme on top.
2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 6-7 hours.
Before serving, shred the chicken with a fork.Add Salt and pepper to taste. (nutrition not added)
