Ingredients

    2- 7oz. Packages of Garlic and Herb Miracle Noodle
    12 littleneck clams, steamed
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 oz lemon juice
    2 oz. shredded Parmesan
    Pinch minced fresh parsley leaves
    2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook pasta as per directions on package. Steam clams and set aside. In a saute pan over medium heat, add crushed garlic and pepper flakes and then add the olive oil and wine. When oil starts to bubble, add clams and mix around until clams are coated. Add lemon juice, and toss to coat. Place pasta in a serving bowl, and top with the clam mixture. Garnish with cheese and parsley
