Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey
    1 cup italian Style breadcrumbs
    1 small onion, diced
    2 large Eggs
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup water - this can be more or less depending on how moist the mixture is

Tips

Makes 32 1oz meatballs (uncooked)


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Dice onion
3. In a large bowl mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, parmesan and water
4. When thoroughly mixed form meatballs and bake for 30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 16 1 ounce meatballs
