Ingredients

2-3 lb. chicken (fryer or rotisserie)
2 family size bags frozen corn
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
Water to fill crockpot to appropriate level (I made this recipe in a 5 qt. crockpot)-this was the water I had cooked the chicken in previously.

Tips

Frozen corn does not have to be thawed or cooked prior to placing in crockpot. Add enough chicken broth to make crockpot full.

Directions

Place chicken in crockpot and enough water to cover the chicken. Season with poultry seasoning and onion powder according to your taste. Cook on low 6-10 hrs. depending on size of chicken. Remove chicken, debone and remove all skin when cool enough to handle. Add corn & chicken broth & cook on low 3-4 hrs.
