    1 cup wheat pancake mix
    1/4 cup liquid eggs(like egg beaters)
    1 cup 1% milk(you can use skim)
    1 tbsp. oil
    1/4 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 packets splenda


Heat griidle to 375
Combine all ingredients with a whisk(do not over mix)
let stand 1-2 min. to let batter thicken
pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake
flip when pancakes bubble and bottoms are brown.
makes about 12- 4 inch pancakes
3 pancakes per serving
