Ingredients
Ingredients:
20 oz package Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 Cup Regular oats (oatmeal uncooked)
1/2 cup Oat Bran
1 cup Milk, 1% (or non-fat)
1 Egg
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 cup Portabella Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Directions
Put Oats, Oat Bran, milk and egg in large bowl, mix together, then mix in the Worchestershire sauce, garlic salt.
Lightly cook the Mushrooms, onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Let cool slightly then mix with the oat/milk mixture in the bowl.
Add the ground turkey and then mix well. Evenly divide into muffin tins, making 12 mini meatloaves.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
(The last 5 minutes, you can add a small teaspoon of ketchup to the top, it is optional and not included in the nutrition info.)
