Chicken Salad Wrap
2 tbsp 2% Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise (preferrable homemade or HFCS free)
2 tbsp finely diced red pepper
3 oz diced, cooked chicken breast
1 whole grain tortilla
black pepper & sea salt to taste
You could use tuna, salmon or eggs for your protein.
You could add flavours like dill, chipotle, paprika or chives.
You could use different type of grain wraps or simply use a large lettuce leaf.
