Light Ranch Dressing
Reduced Fat Sour Cream
Chicken, Canned (2 cups of cooked and shreadded if using non canned)
Green Onions / Chives
Mexican / Cheddar / or Colby Jack Low Fat Cheese
I cut up all my vegetables ahead of time and refrigerate them.
This meal goes together in less than 5 minutes if the vegetables are already cut.
Canned or roasted chicken also helps in the speed.
I set everthing on the table in seperate containers and let the family build their own.
Toss chicken with remaining taco seasoning and microwave until heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
Serve as you would for a mexican meal
