Ingredients

    2 c cornflakes, crushed
    6 tsp sugar
    4 servings of seasoned salt which is 1 tsp.
    1 tbsp paprika

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Coat chicken or pork in a little olive oil. Roll in cornflake coating. Cook on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for about 20 mins.
