Ingredients

1/3 of a ripe avocado
1 yellow pepper, seeded and sliced
1 scoop of Garden of Life RAW vanilla or plain protein powder
½ cup purified or spring water
½ cup unsweetened flax milk (can substitute with unsweetened almond, rice or coconut milk)
1 tsp Stevia in the RAW
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
